We consider each project individually and talk through the requirements with our clients in order to ensure that we are meeting their specific requirements. The range of services we offer includes the following:
- Phase 1 environmental reports or desktop studies, either for submission with a planning application or in response to planning conditions. If possible we always contact the local authority in order to ensure we are aware of any particular concerns they may have and address these in our report. These reports include risk assessments and preliminary site specific conceptual models. If requested we have the expertise to provide initial comment on engineering aspects such as, cut and fill, ground conditions, site access and utilities. (Request a quote)
- Ecological Surveys, to establish existing flora and fauna status and advice on habitat protection and enhancement.
- Flood Risk Assessments, to determine the risk to the development from flooding, by the sea, by rivers overtopping their banks or inadequate sewers unable to cope with sever rainfall. Our reports also provide advice on strategies to manage the risk, provision of flood compensation and minimum floor levels. (Request a quote)
- Site Investigations can be commissioned, alternatively we can provide details of sampling and testing to be undertaken by your selected SI contractor.
- Remediation strategies designed to suit the specifics of the site and the proposed development.
- Monitor remediation works.
- Verification reports, to confirm the suitability of the site for the proposed use, all to Environment Agency and local authority requirements.
