We consider each project individually and talk through the requirements with our clients in order to ensure that we are meeting their specific requirements. The range of services we offer includes the following:
- Pre-Tender advice on alternative schemes, reviewing tender documentation, environmental reports etc for hidden costs.
- Phase 1 environmental reports or desktop studies including risk assessments and preliminary site specific conceptual models. If requested we have the expertise to provide initial comment on engineering aspects such as, cut and fill, ground conditions, site access and utilities. (Request a quote)
- Flood Risk Assessments, to determine the risk to the development from flooding, by the sea, by rivers overtopping their banks or inadequate sewers unable to cope with sever rainfall. Our reports also provide advice on strategies to manage the risk, provision of flood compensation and minimum floor levels. (Request a quote)
- Surveys for Japanese Knotweed, flora and fauna, etc.
- Site Investigations, either as part of a geo-technical investigation or purely environmental. Follow up investigations to accurately delineate areas of contamination.
- In-situ testing to ensure that all contaminated material is removed from site without also removing excessive amounts of surrounding uncontaminated material.
- Remediation strategies or reviews of proposed strategies to identify areas of potential cost saving.
- Monitor remediation works, taking samples as work progresses to allow site operations to progress smoothly.
- Topsoil verification, either at source or in-situ.
- Verification reports to Environment Agency and local authority requirements.
