Conduct a phase 1 environmental desk top study to assess the risks to sensitive receptors both on and off-site due to soil and groundwater contamination as a result of the proposed development.
The development comprised the conversion of the existing building into two residential houses. A vertical separation wall was constructed from ground to loft. The existing outbuilding to the rear became a large car port to accommodate two cars. The external area to the front of the building was to have a shrub/tree barrier planted against the road.
