To carry out a phase 1 environmental desktop study to assess the risks to sensitive receptors both on and off-site due to soil and groundwater contamination as a result of the proposed development.


The proposal was for demolition of the steel framed building fronting onto the lane, conversion of the eastern most building into a dwelling, conversion of the remaining building adjacent the road into offices, a new office building towards the north west corner of the site. The existing steel portal framed building is to be used for industrial units.
