Foster Street Industrial Estate, Hull, Land Condition Report

Our brief was to provide a Land Condition Report is to assess the site as part of an application for a waste transfer licence which will

apply to both internal and external areas of the site.

The site, historically liable to flooding from the nearby River Hull, now comprised a two-storey brick building and a weigh bridge with

hard surfaced external areas. No physical alterations were proposed to the site.

The proposal was to use the whole of the site, that is both internal and external areas for transferring and recycling of waste.

Past and current on and off-site potential sources of contamination were identified and the contamination risks assessed in the report.
